Yoga
If your name has been added to the register for a yoga class this does not secure a place. A place is only guaranteed once payment has been received. If anyone else contacts us and is able to make payment straight away then they will take priority and their place will be confirmed. There is no reminder given.

Once payment has been made, then if cancellation is made more than 72 hours prior to the start of the course, a full refund can be issued if a replacement student is found. With less than 72 hours notice, then a refund cannot be given, however, if a replacement student is found then the payment can be applied to another course. Once the class/course has started, no refunds or credits will be issued.

Students are advised to attend the same class regularly each week. However, regular classes (i.e. NOT specialist) missed within a course booking period may be made up within that period by attending other classes if space is available. Some classes may be too full to offer this facility. Please check. Missed classes may NOT be carried forward to the following course booking.
N.B. Transfer classes are a courtesy, if making up a missed class you will be asked to wait at reception until a few minutes before the class starts.

Chiropractic/Complementary Therapy Appointments
Please note that we require 24 hours notice for cancellation of appointments to allow time for another patient to fill the appointment. Failure to provide 24 hours notice will incur a £25 charge.
