Yoga
- Children
The Yoga for Children classes are suitable for 5-8 year
olds & 9-12 year olds. This is a fun class teaching
kids about simple use of breath and posture. Yoga asana's
(postures) shall be taught to help the children with greater
body awareness. Relaxation techniques will be used to help
them feel calm.
The
class willl improve their flexibility, strength and concentration.
Please view the timetable for all dates and times of courses
available.
Please note that there is no waiting area
suitable for parents. This area must be kept for clients
attending the clinic.
