How to Enrol?

Early enrolment is advised since places are limited.

Post: Please make cheques payable to "balance".
Complete an enrolment form
for the class/course you choose downloaded from website
and return it with correct fee for classes/courses to
Balance Yoga Studio, 118/122 Napiershall Street,
North Kelvinside, Glasgow G20 6HT.
By Phone: bookings can be taken over the phone
paying by credit/debit card.
On
Line: Provisional bookings can be taken online
by emailing the enrolment form highlighted above for the
class/course you choose. Once payment is received your place
will be confirmed. At present we have no online credit/debit
card system.
In Person: Pop in and pay by cheque, card
or cash. You are welcome to have a look around.

| Class/Course
Policy |
If
cancellation is made more than 72 hours prior to the start
of the course, a full refund can be issued if a replacement
student is found. With less than 72 hours notice, then a refund
cannot be given, however, if a replacement student is found
then the payment can be applied to another course. Once the
class/course has started, no refunds or credits will be issued. |

| Missed
Classes |
Students
are advised to attend the same class regularly each week.
However, regular classes (i.e. NOT specialist)
missed within a course booking period may be made up within
that period by attending other classes if space is available.
Some classes may be too full to offer this facility. Please
check. Missed classes may NOT be carried
forward to the following course booking.
N.B. Transfer classes are a courtesy, if making up
a missed class you will be asked to wait at reception until
a few minutes before the class starts.

| Coming
to Classes |
|
| General |
Please
advise the teacher before class if you have any injury or
ailment. Women, please note there are contra indications to
some postures when pregnant or menstruating therefore inform
the teacher.
|
| Time
Keeping |
Please be on time for class. Please try to arrive at
least 5 minutes before class is due to start. Late
students may not be admitted to class.

| Pre
Booking |
To gurantee your place pre booking is recommended. However
if late can be refused entry to class regardless of pre booked
status. |
| Clothing
|
Recommended clothing that permits freedom of movement. Yoga
is practiced in bare feet.
There are male and female changing facilities at the centre. |
| Food
|
Do not eat heavily for at least three hours before the class.
|
| Equipment |
We
provide all necessary equipment. |
