Tiffany
is also currently training in oncology massage, a comfort-orientated
massage for those living with cancer, and has taken part
in the first degree initiation in the Usui method of Reiki.

Sheena
is a qualified Chartered Physiotherapist with many years
experience in the NHS and eighteen years in the private
sector. She has extensive post graduate training in neck
and back conditions including the McKenzie regime, pilates,
swiss ball core stability work, muscle energy techniques
and acupuncture.
She
has wide experience in the treatment of musculoskeletal
conditions, back & neck problems, orthopaedic conditions,
surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, trauma and work
related conditions such as repetitive strain injuries.
Sheena
is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists
and is state registered with the Health Professional Council.
She is also a member of the Organisation of Chartered
Physiotherapists in Private Practice (OCPPP), the Acupuncture
Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP) and the
Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Occupational
Health and Ergonomics (ACPOHE).

Cleo
completed 4 years of training and graduated from the Centre
for Homeopathic Education in London in early June 2006.
Whilst there, she had the opportunity to study with some
of the leading homeopathic practitioners and teachers
in the world including Colin Griffith, Tony Hurley and
Trevor Gunn. The college provided a grounded yet far-reaching
scope of training which has provided Cleo with a wide
range of tools for use in her practice. Due to this, Cleo
uses homeopathy, herbal tinctures, flower essences, nutritional
and lifestyle advice all with the aim and focus of enabling
you to heal as quickly and gently as possible.
Following
her training, Cleo took up a placement with the Maun Homeopathic
Project in Botswana where treatment was focused on supporting
those living with HIV, AIDS and also with a group call
Women Against Rape providing homeopathic support to the
family’s and victims of rape. Since then Cleo has
worked in London both as an individual practitioner and
as part of a homeopathic team within The Organic Pharmacy.
Cleo now works in private practice after relocating to
Scotland.
Cleo
continues her learning and development as a practitioner
with continued study and regular attendance at seminars
throughout the UK.

Nicky has gained a variety of qualifications in complementary
therapy and is a member of the Federation of Holistic
Therapists. She is passionate about massage and encouraging
well being, and for the last couple of years has worked
as a mobile therapist for her own company, and in different
community settings for voluntary organisations.
Nicky
has had a growing interest in Thai massage since 1993,
resulting in spending three months in Thailand, studying
in different massage schools and learning from the approaches
of the northern masters.

Bará is an experienced therapist who previously
ran a successful clinic in Reykjavik, Iceland before moving
to Scotland. In 1997 Bara studied at the Massage School
of Iceland where she gained a Diploma in Swedish Massage,
Therapeutic Massage, Reflexology, Sports Massage, Lymphatic
drainage, Aromatherapy and basic Kinesiology (touch for
health)
She
also recently gained a Masters Degree/Honourary Diploma
from the Massage School of Iceland and has undertaken
training in Natural Nutrition.
Fraser

Deep Tissue, Indonesian,Tui Na, Thai Massage
Fraser graduated in 2000 from the Bodyharmonics Centre
in Cheltenham with a distinction in Thai Massage, Sports
Injury - Rehabilitation and Indonesian Massage. He also
has a diploma in Chavutti\Thai Massage.
He
is currently the Scottish Ballet's first resident bodywork
therapist.

Maureen is a graduate of the College of Integrated Chinese
Medicine in Reading where she studied Five Element Constitutional
Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine for three
and a half years.
She
has completed postgraduate training in:Acupuncture
for fertility; Acupuncture whilst preparing for assisted
reproduction treatment; Acupuncture for facial revitalisation;
and Chinese Patent Herbal remedies.
Maureen
holds a Licentiate in Acupuncture from the College of
Integrated Chinese Medicine and a Diploma in Chinese Patent
Herbal remedies. She is also a member of the British Acupuncture
Council.
Maureen
is a fully qualified acupuncturist who can offer treatment
for a broad spectrum of conditions. She has a particular
interest in fertility issues.
Paul
McGowan

Paul is a member of the Scottish Massage Therapists Organisation
and first qualified in 2002. He has gained qualifications
in various massage treatments and continues to update
his studies. He gained a Diploma in Remedial & Sports
Massage in 2007, has attended advanced massage workshops
and recently conpleted Level 1 in Integrated Myofascial
Therapy.
Paul provided massage at the prestigious Loch Lomond Golf
Club during summer 2007 and has also worked at various
sporting/charity events throughout Glasgow.

Ann graduated
with credit in 1998 from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition
(ION) in London, and is a full member of BANT, the main
professional body for Nutritional Therapists. She has
since seen many people with a wide range of conditions
and given many lectures and training courses to various
audiences including colleges, specific interest groups,
banks, insurance companies and radio programs. She currently
lectures for the College of Naturopathic Medicine.

Pete is a qualified Hypnotherapist, with a diploma in
Clinical Hypnosis from the London College of Clinical
Hypnosis and is a member of the British Society of Clinical
Hypnosis.
Clinical
hypnosis can be used for a number of treatments including:
smoking cessation; weight loss; anxiety; stress; panic
attacks; phobias; pain control; and insomnia.
Pete
will be continuing his professional development with a
diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with the London
College of Clinical Hypnosis.
