Start up

Introducing the basics of breathing, movement, posture and meditation, we recommend that all those new to yoga complete a start up course.

   
Start up weekend

A summary of the start up 12 week course for those who want a fast track introduction to yoga.

   
Level 1

A follow on level from the start up course. Consolidating the beginners level and introducing more postures.

   
Level 1/2 A class consolidating level 1 and adding new postures. Suitable for those wishing to move on from level 1 and already practising at level 2
   
Level 2

Introducing more challenging asanas, and insights into deeper practice

   
Level 3/Intermediate Experienced students and those seeking a challenging practice. Must be competent with inversions and intermediate asanas.
   
General Suitable for all students except for absolute beginners. Be prepared for a sometimes challenging class.
   
Kids Fun Yoga Class for Kids (5 - 8) and (9 - 12). The Yoga postures will help with body awareness and improve their strength, flexibilty and concentration.
   

Ante natal (Pregnancy)

 

Specialist teaching and guidance for birth preparation and support for mothers-to-be. Suitable for expectant mums of at least 16 weeks. The class is not suitable if you have any history of repeated miscarriage. Please consult with your Doctor.

Post Natal
(Mum & Baby)
Specialist teaching for post birth mums and babies helping to realign your spine and strengthen your pelvic floor, back and abdominal muscles as well as building stamina.
